Office of Character

This built in office was constructed from "scrap" maple. Emphasized in the design were the natural defects of the wood. Cracks, splits, holes and knots were ideal. The doors and drawers have mitered frame with beveled edging. Upper cabinets were scribed to fit the angel of the ceiling. Stained in a dark chocolate and lit with some fiber optics, the finished result has a rustic elegance.
